The barn consists of 4 areas:
The main level's south side is approximately 2500 square feet of unfinished space. This area has a concrete floor, overhead flourescent lights, and barn doors that open on the east and west ends of the room. This area commonly hosts buffet lines, bands, reception lines, dancing and drink bars.
The main level's north side is approximately 2,000 square feet of finished space with lights, heat, a sink and small countertop, banquet tables and 24 padded chairs. A single co-ed restroom is also located in this space. This area is commonly used for meetings, presentations, classes and as a staging area for catering.
The upper level of the barn is a large, unfinished 5,000 square foot area with rustic timbers, an original barnwood floor, a bandstand, and a walk-out deck with the best view of the Bitterroot Mountains in the valley. This area is normally used for large group seating, wedding ceremonies, dances, readings and crafting.
The grounds around the barn consist of a large grassy area south of the barn with huge overhanging willow trees and another grassy area west of the barn. These areas are commonly used for outdoor weddings and family reunions, and there is plenty of room to setup 250+ chairs for ceremony seating along with tables and chairs for dining under canopies or party tents.
The barn rental rates include the barn areas and surrounding grounds only. Approximately 50 folding chairs and 8 tables are available for use. Larger groups will need to arrange for rental and delivery of tables, chairs, tents, canopies, and portable toilets through local rental businesses.
Barn rental rates are normally quoted and proposed specifically for each event, but general pricing guidelines are:
Barn and surrounding grounds - $600 per day
Education room only - $300 per day
